I went to the Chino Hills branch and the staff were very friendly. The clinic was extremely clean and modern. Doctor Micheal Chua was very friendly and answered all our questions. They all had smiles and the experience was great.
Dr garlan Lo wait time can be quite long , approximately 2 hrs even with appointment. And u only see him for 10 minutes! I am not sure what is taking so long, or if he is overbooking patients since his waiting area is always crowded....
I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE THE PROCESS OF BEING SEEN IS SO QUICK UP TO DATE NEW EQUIPMENT THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY BUT MOST OF ALL. DR MICHEAL CHUA IS THE NICEST HE LISTENS TO YOU AND IS SO CARING

top of the line equipment, which makes it a lot easier no more dilating of the eyeball. The doctor is up to par. Some of their staff need to practice their English because I am old and I am hard of hearing
