I had such a great experience at Pupila. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and professional. Dr. Joyce was amazing during my eye exam. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. Hailey and Julie were so helpful during checkout and when it came to picking my new glasses. They were patient, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. I truly felt taken care of. I am so happy with my new glasses and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Pupila Family Eye and Ear Care is a very courteous and professional business. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
