I had an excellent experience at Purcell Vision Source. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients and their vision health. The office was clean, organized, and well-run. I also appreciated how efficient everything was—I was in and out without any unnecessary waiting. I was happily greeted and taken care of by the wonderful staff when I arrived. Dr. Madden was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly during my appointment. Then the ladies in the glasses department were willing to help, but also gave me space to look around at lenses on my own. Overall, a great office!

We Enjoy coming here due to always feeling like a part of the family!! Being treated with compassion and respect is very important and they will not disappoint you!! There is handicap parking, a restroom for their clients, they also have men’s, women’s and children’s glasses to choose from and are very professional and informative!!

They show they really care for you, very professional, they caught my cataract problem. Just a year ago the Dr I went to in Norman only tested my vision and nothing else, with Vision Source they were very thorough and saw that I had cataracts, great job guys,!!!

Everyone was so kind from checking in to checking out. The eye exam was thorough and she didn't seem rushed and took the time to explain her findings. I would recommend them and I will be back in the future. Thank you.
