We drive over 2 hours for our appointment. The facility was beautiful and well cleaned. Dr Anna Hughes was so kind and did a thorough exam on me which I appreciate! She addressed all concerns I had. I requested an appointment online and the staff was quick to respond. I found a beautiful pair of new glasses and they had affordable rates! We will return just to go here!
I’m so disappointed in this place. I just moved to Norman and researched all the eye places and this had the best reviews. I waited 3 months for a new patient appointment which was fine, used to that. But I got there 30 minutes early completed paperwork, looked at all their eyeglasses (awful selection) and not one person came in or out of this place. It was a desert. 20 minutes passed my slotted appointment time when I finally left without being seen. They didn’t have anyone in the parking lot or other customers so I’m so clueless why I was abandoned and ignored in the waiting area. Cute office- could use a swifter dusting though 😩
I love the visuals of the place, no pun intended. The mural on the outside was fun, the inside was super clean and organized. The staff was friendly and ready for me with all forms to go for my first visit. The view through the windows was nice as they have a little stroll garden in the back. The optometrist and technician was very patient and understanding of my new condition I've never experienced before and explained it very well. Definitely will continue to visit.
A low pressure experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Japanese garden, with added benefit of snow falling, eased my anxiety. Not a massive selection of glasses but had some I hadn't seen before and gave me the chance to try them on. I have found a new eye care home.
My wife and I I have used Ideal for several years and alway had a great results. Patients receive a complete and comprehensive eye exam, the staff answers patients questions honestly and comprehensively in easily understood language, and patients get a strong sense that the staff really cares about getting the best result for each person.
