I had to bring in a pair of my child’s glasses that she had broken the night prior. Elisha was great at helping check what coverage would provide for replacement frames, took her time to search for ones that could be swapped in store, ordered her a new pair to be delivered, and took the time to send us home with a new cleaning cloth and spray care package. She did an excellent job and as always I’ll be back for everyone in our family!

Dr. Martin is always fabulous! I always have a great experience, and everyone on the staff is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly understanding of my very real “DON’T TOUCH MY EYE” phobia. 😂 They make me feel comfortable and never make me feel rushed or embarrassed about it. My experience in optical was AMAZING as well. Riley answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me genuinely helpful answers. She was also wonderful when it came to helping me select frames and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Before submitting my order, she was extremely thorough and carefully reviewed everything with me to make sure my orders were exactly right. From my appointment with Dr. Martin to my experience with the entire staff and optical team, everyone was friendly, professional, patient, and helpful. I truly had an excellent experience!

I've been coming to Dr. Bellamy for a few years as a (young) glaucoma patient and very much appreciate he and the whole staff. Today I finally bit the bullet and visited the optical dept instead of just ordering new glasses off the internet and Stacey made the whole experience so much smoother and more painless than I was prepared for! I highly recommend this office.

Love Dr. Martin. Waited almost an hour for my appointment. People were everywhere . Seemed like it was a scheduling issue to me That could probably have been avoided if they had given each appointment a longer expected visit time resulting in less visits a day on their side but much more efficient use of everybody's time

Kristi (sp?) has to be top 3 best receptionists I’ve ever talked to. She was helpful, positive and super friendly. I was so grateful for her after a long day of work, kids and not so friendly receptionists. I hope everyone meets a Kristi on their hard days. Dr. Bellamy was great too. The process was quick, efficient, his staff is friendly and they have those cool Meta glasses people are wearing now. I didn’t buy them but they look super neat. Thank yall so much!
