I had hoped our experience this year would be better after an unpleasant visit last year, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. During our appointment, we interacted with six different staff members, and three of them came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking patience. I was disappointed by how my daughter was treated when staff asked her questions. Their interactions felt rushed and lacked the compassion and professionalism I expect from a healthcare office. I also found communication with the doctor to be frustrating. When he asked me questions, he frequently spoke over me before I could finish answering. It made me feel as though my input and concerns were not being heard, which is especially concerning when discussing my child's vision and care. Why ask if you don't care to know the answer? What concerns me most is that I left the appointment feeling uncertain about whether my daughter's prescription is even correct. Instead of leaving with confidence in the care she received, I left with questions and doubts. I will make an appointment to have her eyes re-tested and glasses made elsewhere. We returned this year because we believed our negative experience last year may have been an isolated incident. Unfortunately, after having a similar experience again, I don't feel comfortable returning.

No waiting from appt time. Was able to complete office paperwork online before appointment. Office staffed well. Dr. Nicole Kish has all the necessary diagnostic equipment and scans necessary to diagnose problems and state treatment if necessary. Dr Kish’s is very knowledgeable and has an easy way of explaining what’s going on with my eyes.

As a new patient i rec'd a same day appointment with Dr. Kish. I was impressed! With a speedy lazer procedure next week. I rec'd a great through medical eye examine. This was a beautiful office with professional staff from beginning to the ending. I will return and refer others. June 26, 2026.

While I do agree Dr. Nicole Kish is a good doctor there are some other problems. My main problem are the prices they are way too expensive and there shouldn’t be “Luxury” in healthcare. I was told the first time that since I hadn’t been in a while they would have to treat me like a new patient and the price was around 300 dollars to which I paid. My anual came around this year and they told me again that it was going to be 300 something dollars. This is outrageous, I called a different eye doctor that has amazing reviews as well and does the same exact thing they do for 80 dollars, I even opted for their optional stuff and the total was 150 still significantly less. In conclusion if you don’t mind paying outrageous prices or just really like Dr.Kish then stay, but I urge others to consider other optometrists that care about your wallet too.

Dr. Kish and her staff were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable in their jobs. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They treated me with respect. I felt like I was family. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I left as a satisfied customer. I will continue doing business with Dr. Kish.
