I had such an exceptional experience. Dr. Hajali took the time to truly listen and explain the cause of my dry eye in a way that was simple, clear, and easy to understand. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What stood out the most was her kindness and the passion she brings to her work. You can truly feel that she makes a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients. What makes Dr. Hajali and her staff even more remarkable is what happened to me when I was out of town. After experiencing a slip and fall and noticing floaters in my vision, I felt uneasy and didn’t know what to do. I called her office on a Saturday, and she went completely out of her way to guide me, explaining where I needed to go and ensure I receive proper care. That level of dedication is incredibly rare. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend Quality Eye Care to anyone looking for Exceptional eye care.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. The quality of care was below what I expected, and the doctor was vague and did not explain things clearly. What bothered me most was receiving an unexpected bill approximately six months after my appointment for a charge that was never clearly explained to me at the time. When I called to discuss it, the person I spoke with showed very little concern or empathy and offered no apology for the confusion or lengthy delay. The care was not terrible, but the poor communication, six-month billing delay, and dismissive customer service left me with a negative impression. I will not be returning.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. I brought my son in for an eye exam on May 4. I later found out that his annual exam was scheduled just 20 days before our insurance would cover it again. I understand insurance rules, but what I don't understand is why no one mentioned this when I scheduled the appointment. I provided all of my insurance information ahead of time, yet after the exam was already completed, I was told I would have to pay out of pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover it. When I asked why this wasn't caught before the appointment, I was told, "That's impossible to do. The insurance never allows us to do that." That simply isn't true. If that's the office policy, then be upfront about it instead of waiting until after services have already been provided. I asked what my options were, and the employee told me there was nothing they could do and that I just needed to pay. Thankfully, another employee overheard the conversation and stepped in. She explained that they actually could request an exception from my insurance company and told me to wait for a callback once they received a response. I waited...and waited. No phone call. No voicemail. No text. On June 22, after hearing absolutely nothing, I called the office myself to check on the status. I was told everything had been approved and that I could bring my son in to choose his frames. When I asked why no one had contacted me, I was told they had called, left a voicemail, and sent me a text. None of that happened. Ironically, they had no problem texting me appointment reminders beforehand and later texting me when the glasses were ready. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve when we picked up the glasses. They simply handed my son his glasses and said goodbye. I had to ask if they were going to fit them. The employee actually responded, "Oh, you can do it if you want." When I put the glasses on my son, I immediately noticed they weren't fitting correctly because he wears a hearing aid. I pointed this out, and the employee told me, "That's how the glasses come. We don't do that here." When I questioned that, she asked me, "Does he HAVE to wear the hearing aid?" I was honestly speechless. My son wears a hearing aid because he needs it. That should never have been questioned, especially by someone working in a healthcare setting. She then walked over to another employee and asked if the glasses could be adjusted. Without hesitation, he replied, "Yeah, we can do that." So apparently they could do it all along. The lack of communication, contradictory information, dishonesty about callbacks, poor customer service, and complete lack of sensitivity regarding my son's hearing aid made this one of the worst experiences I've had at a medical office. Every step of the process felt like I had to advocate for basic customer service and proper care. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because no parent should have to deal with this level of frustration simply trying to get their child a pair of glasses.
I just came in to shop for frames. I called yesterday and told them I have a current prescription and I just wanted frames. They said I could come in with that prescription over the phone and that they took my insurance. When I came in the were absolutely rude and were trying to force me to be an established patient even though I just needed the frames. And then they refused to see me and except my current prescription from the other doctor. They wanted to make me do a new exam so they could bill Insurance to make money. My insurance is public aid and this is how they treat public aid people by just wanting to bill to make extra money.
I advise against engaging with this establishment. My experience included unsatisfactory customer service and a failure to return my call as promised. Consequently, I was unable to address the inaccurate billing for my visit and requirements. Furthermore, they declined to refund the payment made for the initial consultation.
