I had an outstanding experience at Bartlett Vision. Dr. Gabrenya and every member of the staff were amazing from start to finish. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with smiley faces. I was treated with such kindness and everyone was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The service was detailed, efficient, and truly exceeded my expectations. I will not be going anywhere else moving forward! It was the most positive experience I have ever had at an eye doctor appointment. The glasses selection was also excellent, with so many great options to choose from. I highly recommend Bartlett Vision to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer care!

Wonderful experience coming here for our family eye appointments, from Joanna who handled scheduling and paperwork and genuine conversation, to Dr. Carrie who somehow got our 6 year old to comply with the eye check process after a complete meltdown. Really great people and clean practice environment. My mom referred me to Bartlett Vision after a recent annual visit of her own. We all just moved back in the area within the last few years and slowly got up to speed on doctor visits. So happy with my experience, and look forward to future visits!

EDIT: It's now been more than a month and I still have not once received a call back on ordering my daughter's glasses. I ordered the same pair elsewhere, and she has had her glasses for several weeks. I reduced my star rating to 1-star. After all the money I've spent and more than a decade of loyalty, this is NOT how customers should be treated. ***First, I want to highlight how wonderful Dr. Carrie Sypherd is, and she is the only reason I have been coming back. I have been a patient here for more than 10 years.*** It's the optician staff that that falls short. My prescription is quite strong, and I admit that it's not simple to fulfill, and I now need progressive lenses. When I received my glasses, they were not right and I cannot see to read, use the computer, or drive. I can't even read the closed captioning on the TV. Instead of correcting it, the optician told me I was using them wrong (not sure how that could be, I've had glasses since I was 3), but they would do me a favor and have the lab remake them at no cost but if they were worse (which the optician said would probably be the case), I need to pay for another set of new lenses because they will not put the original brand new lenses back into the new frames. Fine, I won't purchase anything through them again. Hundreds of dollars down the drain, and I can't see a darn thing with these glasses (I do wear contacts as well). 18 months later, my daughter now needs glasses. They are offering a new lens that helps limit progression of myopia, so I said I would like to order those. Welllll...they don't know how to price them. Why offer this product if you don't know how to price them? I was told to give them a few days, and they should have the pricing. Then the optician said to give them a week and they will have pricing. I call a week and a half later and the optician says "I told you it would be several weeks and I would call you back." No lady, you did not. I wrote down what you told me. This optician now has 2 strikes against her, I am seriously thinking about finding a new practice. See Dr. Sypherd, she is fantastic, compassionate, and really k knowledgeable. Find somewhere else to get glasses.

I'm not sure why there are some negative reviews here - my experience was phenomenal. I was a new patient, got through paperwork quickly, the facility and all the rooms were comfortable and relaxing, and I was never pressured to buy extra things. I met with Dr. Opitz, who was absolutely phenomenal. He explained things very clearly, including why it was best to keep a current prescription as opposed to overcorrecting/prescribing. I really appreciated the transparency. Super easy checkout/payment/scheduling processes with the team as well. Thank you so much!

It was my 9 year son’s first time wearing contacts and I can’t tell you how great they were walking my son through the process. Went to American’s Best Contact and Eyeglass for a few visits and it was not a success. Came here to Bartlett Vision first try and done! Highly recommended this place. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!!
