Our family’s experience at Bartlett Eyecare Center was truly exceptional. As parents of a nonverbal 13-year-old on the spectrum, we are used to exams being a struggle, but Dr. Jass and his team were incredibly patient, compassionate, and skilled. From the moment we scheduled the appointment, we felt reassured. The entire staff lived up to their promise, handling every stage of the visit with a level of grace and "charm" that kept our son comfortable in a new environment. Even when he became restless afterward, the reception team remained welcoming and kind, allowing him to be himself without judgment. We felt an immediate sense of ease knowing we were in such capable hands and would 100% recommend them to any family.
