10/10 Customer Service! Queen Creek Eye Care completely saved our weekend! We were visiting from Texas for a volleyball tournament and my daughter's contact lens tore upon arrival. I called to see if I could buy a trial pair, and they told me to come right in. Not only was the staff incredibly warm and welcoming, but they also gave us the trial pair complimentary. Thank you for taking such amazing care of us!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted me with kindness and a warm smile. That truly stood out to me! The first impression of any business is the way patients are welcomed when they walk through the door, and this office absolutely excels at that. Dr. Johnston was incredibly friendly, thorough, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail — what he was doing, why he was doing it, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The technician who performed my testing was wonderful, and the staff member who helped me pick out my glasses was so patient, helpful, and kind. Everyone went above and beyond to make this such a positive experience. Overall, it was an amazing visit from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service!
Queen Creek Eye Care is fantastic! Their staff is amazing! Annabelle at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly! The sweet girl who did the initial eye exam (checking eye pressure and such before the exam) was a dear! And Doctor Elg is the best!!! He is friendly, caring and very knowledgeable! He has all the up to date equipment that makes the eye exam a breeze!! I highly recommend Queen Creek Eye Care and Doctor Elg to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses!!
I Took my 92 year-old mother in for a check up and have to say that I was very impressed with the entire team. I would describe the gal at the front desk, the gal that helped with the first machines and Dr Johnston as compassionate and delightful. My mother needed extra care because of her crippled body and lack of hearing – – they were all very understanding and helpful!
The team at Queen Creek Eye Care is phenomenal! Every visit is met with patience, education and customer care. The team took the time to teach my son how to insert, remove and care for contacts for the first time. I will always recommend them for any vision needs!!!
