These people always get it right! They greet to politely, escort you back quickly. The little blonde optometrist is on top of her game and knows exactly what she’s doing. The speed and accuracy of this place is 100% Had to go back to pick up my contacts and they were ready to go with the receipts as requested. These people really do a great job. I think these people work really hard and they deserve an applause!! If you’re looking for a new place to get your prescriptions and buy contacts, I would recommend this place! Friendly staff!

This is a great place to take the kids for glasses. I have a son on the spectrum and they were so patient with him and they were so nice to answer all thousand of his questions. They were also excellent woth my other son and helped him pick out his frames. I would highly recommend this place to anyone bringing kids for an exam. Thank you so much too all of the staff for being so amazing.

We switched to this office due to our old dr office being 30 minutes away. We gave this place a chance and there are a few things that we didn't like. They said our son needed reading glasses, the ones he got gave him a headache, following year, dr said he needed a stronger script and those also gave him a headache. They charge a lot more than our old place for my husband's glasses and contacts. We had sticker shock with the prices for glasses and the bills that came after for appointments when we already paid double and triple the amount of our last place. The front desk staff not very personable, there is a woman at the front desk with short hair and she is always crabby. The dr has had scrubs that smelled like mildew and were wrinkled and that was off putting he is also gruff and not personable. We decided to switch back to our old place and make the drive and after going to our appt today, the glasses my son was prescribed were not necessary. Which I had already suspected. Will continue to make the drive to southwest eye and Don't recommend nationwide.

Wow! The general manager was just not kind. Plus waiting over 85 minutes in the waiting room for a basic eye exam?!? The doctor was very good. He had a great kind demeanor. I hope he goes somewhere else because that’s the only way we will ever see him Again.

Dr Bywater and his team are phenomenal! Service was quick, friendly, and expert. Dr Bywater takes the time to listen and truly understand the health of my eyes. I recommend him whole heartedly.
