The doctor was absolutely fantastic the staff the day I came in was a great. Professional and friendly they are in network with quite a few insurances location is in a great spot parking is not ideal in a medical plaza. My only complaint is eyeglass selection not the best. Also Glasses are a bit pricey. I would recommend seeing the Dr and taking Rx to costco or Eyeglass world. That's what I did.
Dry Eyes? Stop by The Eye Shop for a dry eye assessment! It is a separate exam from a normal "vision" exam, and is covered by your medical coverage vs. vision coverage. It is a consult focused purely on dry eye issues and it's causes/complications. I am on a specific cancer prevention drug that causes dry eyes and I was relieved to find this consultation option! I feel relieved to know the status of my dry eye's and to have been given new options for drops and care. Well worth your time! Don't suffer in silence. My only suggestion is for the staff to incorporate a medical history sheet so that the Doctor can more easily understand other factors that may be contributing to dry eyes.
The Eye Shop - Octillo is a great place for all your vision care. Great, friendly staff and awesome, well educated doctors. The office is modern with up to date frame styles for the whole family. Honestly, I love The Eye Shop. I am a retired, certified Optician who is picky about where I go for eyecare. This office is what I expect when it comes to my eyesight. I highly recommend The Eye Shop!
Great service, friendly customer service, and awesome selection of frames. Glad they were listed on my insurance preferred locations. I will definitely be staying with them for all my optometry needs.
I had my first eye appt here today. I was really impressed with the service. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. They got me back quickly and were very helpful selecting frames. Also, the place was very clean and the waiting room is just pretty. I'll definitely go back.
