Walked in today with a small emergency. I got wood debris in my eye from work and the staff was so fast to help me and get me back to see the doctor. Right away the doctor made me feel relieved and comfortable! The entire process took about 15 minutes. I am so thankful for the amazing staff and doctor who helped me. Well on my way to recovery! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Every interaction I had was wonderful. Dr. Carpenter was efficient (quick and professional, but did not rush), and he and everyone else in the office was kind, intelligent, honest, and thorough. They had common sense, the prices were reasonable, and their customer service was outstanding. I had a wonderful experience at Seville Eye Center! From getting an appointment, a great and informative conversation with the eye doctor, to selecting my new frames! What made it unforgettable however was working with Randi to find new frames that I liked within my budget and working through an issue that I had with my previous glasses. She was knowledgeable, personable, caring, and made the experience worth taking the time to write a good review!
Absolutely Amazing office! The scheduling staff were so nice and helpful. The person who called me back was super friendly and quick. And Dr. Giles was great! He listened to everything I was concerned about and explained his responses with great detail and really paid attention to addressing my issues. I felt confident that he cared for me as a patient and in the care plan we discussed. Then finally the lady who stayed for her lunch hour so I could try on frames and she was attentive and helpful and so kind in offering her opinion to help me decide on a pair that was just right! I am blown away by the entire visit and look forward to using this office in the future for all my eye care!
