We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sarah, the optician, helped us with the check-in process and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us choose the right glasses, explained our insurance benefits clearly, and never made us feel pressured into purchasing anything. We ended up buying our glasses from her because of her honest recommendations and helpful guidance. The glasses were very affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value we received. We also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Renee. She was warm, caring, and truly passionate about her patients. She took her time during the examination, was thorough with every test, and made sure nothing was overlooked. The advanced technology used in her office was very impressive—something I have never experienced at other eye care offices. It is clear that she is dedicated to providing the highest level of care for her patients. We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional customer service, affordable eyewear, and outstanding eye care.

I’m the kind of person who tries on every pair of frames in the store just to settle for the same plain style I’ve worn for years. Enter Dr. Renee and Sara! They helped me pick these adorable frames that are both fun and professional! I love them so much! On my second visit, I shared that I needed a pair of sunglasses that would protect my eyes but also still allow me to see accurate colors (for photography). They helped me pick another flattering frame and ordered gradient lenses that work perfectly when I’m outside photographing on a golf course or in the middle of the desert. Best experience ever!!
