The optometrist and clinical staff are excellent every time, and I’ve always had a great experience with the care I receive here. 5/5 Unfortunately, my experience with scheduling today was very different. The person I spoke with came across as annoyed by my questions and had an unfriendly attitude. I was also told that, due to the transition to MyEyeDr., I can no longer schedule my annual appointment a year in advance and instead have to remember to call back in six months when the schedule opens. This is frustrating and feels like an unnecessary inconvenience for established patients who simply want to schedule their next annual visit while it’s top of mind. I really hope MyEyeDr. reconsiders this scheduling policy, as the doctors and clinical staff themselves have always been wonderful.

This was the first time we went to Premier Eyecare of Arizona and we had a great experience. Dr. Blanco was wonderful. He explained everything and was very nice. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful and wasn’t trying to upsell their glasses.

Dr. Jones is fantastic. He listened and was extremely knowledgeable. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. Had a great experience and will be back with family members. I would recommend to everyone needing eye care of any kind.

I am so impressed with Premier Eye Care! I called to make an appointment for a red swollen eye and they worked to get me in same day! The office staff and Dr were kind and welcoming. The Dr worked with my insurance to make sure the antibiotics were covered. I will definitely be going back to Premier Eye Care!

I was greeted warmly and welcomed back, as always, after three years at this office. My first visit to Dr. Nguyen was a great experience, and Krista, my optician, was excellent as well. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and well cared for.
