Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased some glasses earlier this year and I paid a pretty good amount for them too. They broke within the 100 day warranty that I had. They fixed them no problem. They broke again today outside of the hundred day warranty, the same exact break as before and they still let me slide and get them swapped out/replaced without having to pay out-of-pocket which I really wasn’t trying to do because I paid a lot of money for these frames. They were so accommodating and so understanding it meant the world to me that they fixed them for me without having to pay an arm and a leg!

I went to Visionworks for my yearly eye appointment and ended up having a very frustrating experience. During my appointment, no one reviewed my prescription with me or explained the lens options. I specifically mentioned that I wanted progressive lenses, and since the price point we were given seemed affordable, I decided to purchase two pairs of glasses—one regular pair and one pair of sunglasses. About a week to a week and a half later, the glasses came in, but they were made with the wrong prescription. They were single-vision lenses, not progressive lenses like I had requested. The woman who originally helped us never went over the prescription details or explained the difference between the options, which could have prevented this entire situation. When we went back to pick them up, the gentleman working that evening was very helpful. It was the end of the day and he was closing, but he stayed to make sure we were taken care of and apologized for the mistake. I truly appreciated his effort. However, the solution required another $140 out of pocket to correct the lenses. If I had known the true cost with insurance for progressive lenses, I never would have purchased two pairs in the first place. At this point, I’ve spent over $450 and still cannot see properly because I’ve have to now wait another 1–2 weeks for the corrected glasses. This entire situation could have been avoided if someone had simply reviewed the prescription and lens options with me before placing the order. If there are prescriptions for both single-vision and progressive lenses, that absolutely should be discussed with the customer. Unfortunately, because of the poor communication and the fact that we had to pay extra to fix someone else’s mistake, we will not be returning to this or any Visionworks location.

Visited this location recently to get frames and lenses (already had my Rx so I can't speak to the eye exams). They accept VSP and are a preferred vendor, so if you have VSP you should check them out - I paid far less than Costco for similar frames and lenses. Customer service and ease of going through the process was fantastic. They had the frames I was looking for, didn't hassle or up-sell me on anything, and my frames were completed ahead of schedule. I'll be back for sure.

Good Customer service is so rare now but here at QC Visionworks, all the staff is always so kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Gillon is kind as well, takes his time to know his patients needs and does it in a timely manner. Have been here before with my family and will continue to come!

I'm sad to say I've had multiple bad experiences here and have finally given up. I'm not an old lady, and my prescription isn't terrible, yet every pair they attempted was super thick and significantly spilling over the frames edges. They didn't have any frames to even try and hide lenses... not for regular glasses nor sunglasses. Not even in the men's section. They were all thin and small. After 4 attempts at remakes/new frames, I finally settled on a pair that I had convinced myself to just make do with. But when I picked them up, there were multiple dings and chips in the frame and the lenses. And the funny thing is, they came wrapped in a paper stating they'd passed the quality control check... twice! The two gals that helped me throughout this journey were super nice (Courtney and Autumn, I believe.) The doctor that did our exam rushed us through. We came the week between Christmas and New Year's (which, btw, was actually pretty much empty) but there were certain parts of the exam they said they couldn't do "in the interest of time"... Even though no one else was there. So I felt rushed and cheated from the very beginning. It's disappointing the amount of time I spent on this... Hours of trying on frames, hours of sitting on hold with my insurance (as the store didn't know how to fully refund my purchase and reinstate my benefits), and hours going back and forth to the store on 4 separate occasions to pick up glasses only to find out they weren't great and had to start all over. Only gave it any stars at all because of their generous selection and for the two gals that helped me. If you're looking for something basic or have a super simple prescription, this place might be ok for you. But if you have aging eyes, astigmatism, wide face, and/or want glasses that don't have chips in them, I'd recommend trying somewhere else. Also, seating is adequate for plus-size individuals.
