I have had a wonderful experience with everyone in this office. My exams were quick and thorough. My glasses feel perfect. I had a trial run with some contacts that didn't feel quite right and they offered another trial pair to try before buying to make sure I am comfortable in what I have. They were upfront with all costs and went over every break down with what insurance covers and what my best options are to save. I really appreciate the way they have made accommodations to try and get me the quickest care. I was in a rush for new glasses after my dog ate mine. I look forward to bringing my daughter here for her exams and keeping them for my eye care needs. Thank you to all the sweet receptionists and the doctor. I can see again!!

Good location for me in far east valley. Office relatively new and well laid out. Office staff very friendly and efficient. Dr Carpenter explained everything well and ran best tests for all things eye related to having diabetes. Also did great job running new prescriptions for me and discussing ways to optimize for the activities I need them for. Big kudos for the young lady that helped me pick out frames and location of bi-focal positioning on lenses. The best such type of interaction I’ve ever had doing this kinda thing. They’ve got my business

Highly recommend Pecan Creek Eyecare! They made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. I was able to get a next-day appointment, the new patient check-in process was quick and seamless, and the eye exam was thorough and very informative. Choosing my glasses/contact lenses and discussing my options at checkout was just as easy. If you’re looking for a new eye care provider, I definitely recommend giving Pecan Creek Eyecare a try. Great team, from the front desk to the doctor and the eye tech that assisted me with the options for glasses. I was very impressed! My 2 daughters and myself went, and they were amazing, and very funny as well. The facility is so clean and everyone made us feel very welcome. We had the last 3 appointments of the day, but they didnt make us feel rushed or anything. Highly recommend.
