The staff inside the sliding glass door area are sooo sweet and the doctor who did my exam. All a good energy. But some of the staff who enter the contact info to update it and hand out contacts / both two separate days weren’t very friendly. I can’t tell if it’s two ladies or was the same lady both times. Hopefully it’s not a common occurrence

Had a REAL bad experience. Felix was absolutely worthless. Told us Costco did NOT take our insurance. Asked him to ck with Janet. Our friends (with same insurance) just got glasses there. He said there is no need to check with Janet, she doesn’t work in the vision department, and doesn’t NOT know what she was doing. Left, came back the next day. Felix was there again to help us. Told us unless we had something different there was nothing he could do for us. I tried to explain, but he wasn’t interested in helping us. Left and came back with our friend the same day. Felix wasn’t there which was a GOOD thing. Sharon helped us with NO PROBLEM!!! I asked her if there was a problem with our insurance and was told NO problem. She was able to help us with glasses AND processed our insurance with NO issues. Do yourself a favor, by pass Felix and ask for Sharon…or someone that knows what they are doing. Sharon was EXCELLENT and KNEW exactly what to do. My suggestion to Felix, if you don’t know what you’re doing…ASK…and lose the attitude. It is/was clear you had NO idea. Sharon had NO problem and we have glasses on order. She saved the sale and made Costco $900. Sharon deserves 5⭐️’s.

The eye exam itself was fine, but the customer service afterward was disappointing. I visited multiple times, and each time, the staff had an attitude. I wasn’t alone—others with me also noticed and mentioned it. I've worn glasses for many years and always get the protective coating. My glasses have never scratched before, but this time, they did. I always handle with care and put them in their case. When I pointed it out, the staff (again, with attitude) sent them back for a fix. Within a week or two, I noticed the same exact scratches reappeared—suggesting the coating is cheaply done. When choosing sunglass lenses, they show color samples under a black light, which is not how they appear in normal conditions. I picked blue, but when I got them, everyone in my family said they looked gray. When I questioned it, they put them under the light again, and though they still seemed grayish, I was told they were blue. The initial examples are completely misleading. Even after adjustments, I don’t like the fit at all. Now, I understand why their prices are so inexpensive—you get what you pay for. I will not be returning

The optical drs and assistants were incredibly professional, kind and helpful. I would recommend. It seems that the bad reviews are for the glasses sales area.

After we switched insurance, the eye doctor we had been going to in Queen Creek would not accept it. When we found out Costco Vision in Queen Creek accepted it we decided to give them a try. What a stroke of luck! Making the appointment, having the exam, picking out and ordering the frames and lenses, and fitting and follow-up were all done cheerfully, professionally, and at a fraction of the cost previously spent. I cannot recommend this place more highly.
