I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The staff is always professional and friendly. The doctor always makes sure that I’m doing well and that all necessary exams are performed before I leave. I get my glasses there as well and they always seem to be ready fairly quickly. If you need an eye exam or glasses, I truly recommend this place.

Me and my family have gone here for a long time. The service is becoming worse and confusing at times. They constantly keep asking to come back for pointless appointments and when we meet, they say the same thing every time and dismisses us after 5 minutes of nothing. I recently suffered a severe eye injury and was given ultimately no help and only requests to constantly come back for more appointments. It honestly just seems like they care more about the money and appointments instead of your well-being. For a serious eye injury, this is not the place.
My handicapped mom and I walked in to make an appointment, and the pink-haired receptionist made it sound like we could wait a few minutes to see the doctor. It turned out we waited 40min+ and had to leave because of my mother's oxygen concentrator was running out of battery. Couldn't give a little priority to an obviously handicapped elderly.
I visited today to get my glasses adjusted, and the person who helped me was exceptionally kind and patient. They explained everything in detail and made sure my glasses fit comfortably. I truly appreciate the great service and professionalism!
We have been loyal customers of this eye care facility for over 26 years, and it used to be a pleasure to visit. The service was exceptional, and the staff truly cared about their clients. It was a dependable place where we could address all our eye care needs, including glasses, with confidence and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the quality of service has drastically declined. The current staff seems unprepared and unprofessional, which has led to a disappointing experience. It’s disheartening to see such a reputable place lose the standards it once upheld. I sincerely hope management takes notice and addresses these issues. This place had a long-standing reputation for excellence, and it’s sad to see it change for the worse. Feel free to adjust the tone depending on whether you want it to be more formal or direct.
