After searching for weeks at other local businesses, I caught word of this little gem. I made the 45 minute drive and upon entering was greeted with the most welcoming smile from Kimberly. She helped me find the most unique frames, likely ones I would’ve never chosen for myself but ended up LOVING. The selection was perfect, all the prestigious brands I’d been searching for! Through the process of trying on multiple frames, Kimberly was helpful, opinionated and encouraging! I love that she voiced her opinion when I tried on frames that didn’t fit my facial structure. I was also pleasantly surprised to have walked in during their half price frame sale, what a win, AND when she mentioned same day availability, I was instantly sold. Gone are the days you have to wait 2 weeks for glasses! They have a client for life, in me! I highly recommend stopping in to Ragsdale & Martin for stylish glasses, friendly people and speedy service! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been shopping at Ragsdale & Martin Optical for a few years and have always been completely satisfied. Recently, after a small mishap with the arm and screw of my glasses, they assessed the frames and noticed the lenses were scratched. I hadn’t even realized it, but they replaced both the frames and the lenses—brand new—at no charge. That level of attention to detail and genuine care for customers is rare these days. We've been in Tyler for 14 years and heard early on how great Ragsdale & Martin is. The first time we tried them we were so surprised. Unlike chain frame stores, we found a great selection and comparable prices. Years later we still go there for their excellent service.A few weeks ago I needed to have an rx change. There were several challenges to my prescription but Aaron stepped up to help me find a frame. We had to go back a couple of times, debating different frames but each time Aaron was so very patient and helpful. He obviously loves his job and we're so thankful for the whole staff @ R&M!

Great service! And friendly environment , went in for a quick adjustment on my glasses and it was in and out in under 5 mins with glasses that felt brand new , highly recommend!!
