My experience was wonderful. The staff was great. Diamond was exceptional. She made my experience personal and comfortable. I liked how she explained each step of the process prior to seeing Dr. Adams. Dr. Adams was thorough with examining my eyes and explained options available to correct my eyes. She helped ease my anxiety about the surgery as she explained what the procedure would entail as well as what to expect post surgery.

This was my very first visit. I wasn't impressed at first. When I got there I had to wait because the whole office was out for break. I found that odd. I'm glad I read the Closed sign fully. When they reopened , I found the atmosphere dimmed and not welcoming. My original eye specialist closed and I'm so used to the kind greetings, the brightly lit office, coffee or tea and warmness, so this was depressing at first. But when they called me back I found all to be very friendly with a great personality. I was relieved and impressed. Dr. Choung listened and explained everything in detail. So I give this place 4 stars. They need the receptionist to be more friendly and brighten up the office a little bit.

Dr. Patel and her staff were polite and professional during my visit to their facility yesterday. I arrived, checked in and didn't have to wait too long before being called in for my tests and procedures. After evaluation from Dr. Michelle Patel, I was satisfied with her explanation of the results of the various tests and procedures that she and her staff had done during my appointment. After further back and forth dialog between me and Dr. Patel and after detailed info/suggestions that she gave me, I felt assured that I was good to go until my annual appointment next year or any need to visit her again before my next appointment in 2027.

Dr. Dickens was exceptionally thorough, pleasant and patient with our family member. He came highly recommended by our retinal specialist. He spelled out the information and recommendations in a way that we understood, made sense and didn't make our family member apprehensive about future treatment. It is very understandable that dealing with vision loss and the risk of doing more damage can be alarming and scary, and Dr. Dickens put us at ease about the next steps. Highly recommend! And his office staff was very professional with check in, all the screening and testing, etc.

Everyone was nice. They were extremely patient with my 86yr old mother and many other seniors that I saw in the office during our visit. They were timely as well. We were seen after check in within 5mins of sitting down. I appreciate a office that respects my time.
