Went in for my appointment and was able to get my prescription taken care of the same day. I did look at a couple of frames I didn’t see any I liked. The sales lady that helped me was very helpful & patient with me as I chose my selection. I would definitely recommend Ram optical .
The lady at the Brenham store that helped me was awesome. I had an eye exam earlier in the year and because the frames I have wore for years was not available through them I ordered everything online. Well when my glasses arrived I put them on and something was not right. I called them and ask since I had done my eye exam there could they help me figure out my issue. They were more than happy to help me figure out what I had done wrong when ordering them. I can’t say enough good things about the lady that helped me. I would give them an A+ rating !!
Had such a great experience! Front office staff was super patient and welcoming from the beginning. They were pleasant and knowledgeable, took their time without making me feel rushed. One of the best experiences, definitely recommend!

I had my first experience at Ram today and I was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere was beautiful and clean. The team was in such good spirits and smiles. Tony was so knowledgeable in the best way to correct my vision; the technology used also felt more precise than any other eye exam I’ve experienced. I can easily say I walked out with a huge improvement in my ability to see and the comfiest contacts I’ve ever tried on! They were also so helpful when it came to picking out the right glasses for me; making sure they were a correct fit and style for my features. It was a quick and easy appointment and I felt very cared for by friendly folks. I will definitely be returning!
