I am SO happy with my results. I’ve been wearing prescription glasses for over 15 years and this process was so seamless. I wish I did it sooner. I woke up the next day having 2020 vision. Dr. Gordon was amazing. He was so gentle. I felt absolutely no pain and would recommend anyone and everyone to him and his team.
There are qualified staff here. Starting from the reception desk, medical assistants and ending with the doctors, everyone does their job professionally. The equipment is new. the doctors are very attentive. the atmosphere is friendly. very beautiful and comfortable furniture in the waiting areas.
The staff is very nice and attentive, didn't wait more than 10 mins to be seen. The girls are very thorough. The doctor is spectacular. Have to have procedure done, they were ready to make appt today. Very impressed with office, comfy but professional and very clean
Because of the upcoming holiday, they scheduled my post-op visit for 1 hour after the surgery. at another location. Really? I checked with others in this field and found this practice to be highly suspect. I asked them for alternatives and none were provided. I know they had a good reputation prior, but this is unacceptable. Never again will I work with this office!!!
Dr. Kern is always great. And I like that she will take the time to listen to you. Great checkup. And the staff is nice and helpful. Well, almost everyone ☺️ The lady that takes your eye test and measurements before seeing the doctor is kinda gruff. I think it’s just her way. She’s not mean or anything, just kinda gruff. I’ve always thought that. Even though I haven’t been back for a year, this was my yearly checkup, she is still gruff. 😊
