I fly from the Marshall Islands to see Dr Poulos because excellent care is given to everyone that passes through the doors! I highly recommend her practice to people I meet! She is worth the 3 days of flying 18000 miles…and I do it every 6 months!
“The wait times at this office are extremely long, often up to two hours even when the waiting room is nearly empty. The reception staff is not very helpful when asked for basic information, such as the Wi-Fi password, which is not provided to patients. Overall, the experience feels very inefficient, so it’s best to plan for a long wait even for simple appointments.”
Dr. Poulos Did eye surgery on me about 15 Years ago after a Construction accident, She put a lense in my eye and I could see better out of the Damaged eye 2020, than the other eye that wasn't damaged I'm here because She's the only Eye doctor I trust...
I found the Doctors and the entire staff to be wonderfully helpful in how they completely informed me of what to expect, their kindness and great sense of humor! I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and the follow up! I am presently in recovery and hope for wonderful and complete healing.
Excellent experience as always. I have been going to Ramirez and Poulos for many years- my mother as well. Dr. Gutierrez has been an excellent addition! She is professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent pedigree. She is personable- and more importantly, I have confidence in her. I have been more than satisfied with my experience under her care. The staff is always pleasant. The wait, if there is a wait, is never long. Why anyone would have an issue with this office, the staff, or the doctors, baffles me. I recommend Dr. Gutierrez without reservation!
