Very professional and thorough exam. I appreciated testing not just vision numbers, but peripheral vision, lubrication/dryness, and eye health. Appointment was right on time and everything was done in a very timely manner.
RSF Optometry got me in quickly when I was unable to get an appointment for another 6 weeks with my regular optometrist. I needed a prescription change for bifocals. They were so welcoming and made me feel like I had been a patient for years. After a thorough exam I was able to order new glasses that day. Their Optician tuned up frames I had and I was able to reuse them. Dr Weiss spent extra time answering questions about my ongoing eye issues and future cataracts. The overall experience was so positive that I discussed with Sandy about switching to them for ongoing treatment and care. I was impressed with their personal attention and they are local !
Great experience, would highly recommend Dr Weiss who took the time to listen and ask a lot of questions about my sight so she could really understand my vision issues.
I was about to run out of my contact lenses while traveling in the area. This office was, by far, the most sensible choice because they were quick to understand my needs and help me promptly. Dani in particular did a really great job and helped ensure I received my contacts before I ran out. I even got them a day earlier which was a big plus. In a time when everything can feel robotic and automated, I appreciated the excellent communication and personable customer service I received from this office.
I cannot recommend Rancho Santa Fe Optometry highly enough! They were able to correct my lifelong vision problems other doctors had simply given up on. No one was able to do what they have been able to, and my now - good vision is a gift! The staff, the warm atmosphere, and their skills are unparalleled!
