I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Peterson and the team at Solana Beach Family Optometry. Dr. Peterson is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to thoroughly explain findings, answer questions, and ensure that I understand my eye health and vision options. What I appreciate most is the combination of expertise and personalized care. I never feel rushed during appointments, and the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The office is well organized, and appointments run smoothly. It's clear that Dr. Peterson genuinely cares about her patients and is committed to providing high-quality eye care. I always leave feeling confident that I've received a thorough examination and thoughtful recommendations.

Got a comprehensive eye exam. She addressed a variety of issues with clear, credible, practical explanations and advice. Not rushed. Very pleasant. Seems to have plenty of knowledge and experience. Wait list and a little persistence got me a timely appointment, despite 5-week lead time. I'll be sticking with Dr. Peterson.

Dr. Peterson-Salgado is so kind and wonderful with kids! Put my 8-yr-old at ease, made it fun, and did a great job checking the various aspects of her vision.
