Had a visit with Dr. Douglas recently and he was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything to you clearly. Dr. Randall was super friendly as well. The staff were nice too despite it being kinda busy at the time. Definitely would recommend this place. 💯
I asked my insurance to provide me with a list of places where I could see an eye care specialist. Among the options they gave me, this location came up. The office hours looked convenient, and it was close to me. Since no one answered my calls throughout the day, I was able to schedule an appointment online. Today, I received a call from a woman who was quite unfriendly, telling me that they do not accept my insurance. I can understand that this might be a system issue and not necessarily the clinic’s fault. However, what really stood out to me was the rude treatment and the very unprofessional way she hung up the phone while I was still trying to understand what was going on. The person on the phone was indifferent and unhelpful, and came across as someone who clearly dislikes their job and does everything unwillingly. I would give zero for customer service.
I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this situation warrants it. Yesterday, I visited the optometry office to pick up my glasses, and once again, the front desk staff was extremely rude. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue every time I have visited over the past two years. After reading previous reviews, I realized that I am not the only one who has experienced this problem. This kind of behavior will inevitably lead to a loss of customers. However, I want to emphasize that I have no complaints about the optometrists themselves—they have always done an excellent job. I sincerely hope that during my next visit, there will be a noticeable improvement in how customers are treated.
bless this place for taking medi-cal for poor people//////.......... i could never afford glasses but i was seen here and just got my plastic fantastic driving glasses!!!!! and they gave my my prescription so i can order online......... i like dr. go's operation but then again i like drinking in the ally w/ my friends
Dr.Randall is one of the best! It was truly a great experience. The only eye doctor I will trust with my issues in the Bay Area. Highly recommend!!
