Stamper Optometry

I was recently at this office for test for new eyeglasses. Unfortunately, my glasses had to be redone and still were not done correctly. I ended up accepting them, which I told them that I was going to take them although the prescription was still incorrect. I had been to this office previously and my prescription was always correct. I think the lady who makes the measurements is inexperienced and reactive. She was very defensive as I was mentioning the issues with my prescription. She reviewed the prescription and supposedly corrected the issue with new measurements. To make the story short, I’m stuck with eyeglasses that are not doing the work they are supposed to do.

Rosa provided us with excellent service and truly went above and beyond. She was attentive, professional, and made the entire optometry visit smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and well cared for. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

Stamper staff were amazing as always and were very helpful and informed about the varied collection of frames. We successfully settled on a set of unique frames for each us. great experience as always.

First experience was weird actually had an appointment to get glasses. Most places I have been to do the eye exam if this is your first time. None the less 100% sure because how they seem to do there scheduling. They bumped me off the schedule and made room for a walk in forcing me to reschedule. Ok the update I get why they made me wait they did the pressure, and took pictures of my eye without dilating them. Which I was not expecting. So i had update my review
