Ray Ban

This is a store I wouldn't recommend to Spanish speakers. If you want glasses, it's better to buy them on Amazon. They don't even try to hide their rudeness. The girl who served me tried to be friendly, but she was practically forced to help me; there were two other people laughing. I don't know if it was because of my clothes or my language, but they acted as if I couldn't afford the glasses. I didn't even ask the price, and I showed them that my level of education and empathy wasn't the same as theirs. My recommendation for the store is that they should offer a course in etiquette and good manners when hiring staff.

I had such a great experience at the Ray-Ban store yesterday thanks to Aldrich! The moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and immediately offered his help. I came in interested in the new Meta Skyler glasses but wasn’t sure whether to get the transition lenses or polarized. He explained everything clearly and even showed me that I could have both and easily switch the lenses—something I had no idea was possible! Aldrich helped me choose the right setup, walked me through the entire process, and even assisted with getting everything connected and set up on my phone. It was quick, easy, and honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re thinking about Ray-Ban Meta glasses or just want great customer service, definitely go see Aldrich. He was awesome!

The sunglasses are very nice, but the service is terrible. They make fun of customers' appearances. They judge people by how they look, assuming they won't be customers. I didn't want to buy anything because of their attitude. They should hire polite staff.

The associate was great. I didn’t get her name, but she was the taller girl. She was very kind, attentive, and helped me set up my Meta Glass quickly and efficiently. I’m extremely satisfied with her service and will recommend her to my friends and family.”

Went in store to pick up two pairs of glasses, and I’m most definitely satisfied with the amazing service provided from Rusty! He was exceptional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Beyond grateful!
