5 stars for Gage at Ray-Ban! Gage was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me through the whole process of making a selection when I was very undecided. My husband wanted to get me a meta glass for my birthday gift and even after I needed to make a return he made my return super easy and walked me through the whole process. I had a lot of back and forth deciding and he never felt angry or irritated like one of the ladies in there .Great customer service .thank you Gage! Ask for him !

Gage was amazing! My daughter completely busted my Ray-Ban sunglasses and damaged the frame, but Gage was able to fix them and make them look great again. He was so helpful and professional. Really appreciate him saving my sunglasses! Highly recommend!

She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pair without any pressure. Her customer service was top-tier, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Dionna is the best! We drove in from another state to work with her on getting four prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. After our conversation over the phone in December 2025 where she was very kind, patient with all of my questions, and knowledgeable, we decided to make the drive and buy from Ray-Ban in Houston. We stayed in the store with her for almost two hours while she helped us with everything. Gage, the manager, was also so very helpful, kind, and accommodating with both Dionna and me. I'm glad that we decided to make the drive and do business with them.
