Ray-Ban – Wynwood (Miami)

Lovee this Ray Bans location; Dearra and Paloma were so helpful and kind🥹, they made picking up my online order super smooth & I greatly appreciate them for that!

I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life at this store. I purchased Ray-Ban glasses here on December 26, and within only FOUR DAYS the glasses were already broken and presenting problems. For a product that costs over $400, this is completely unacceptable. When I went back to the store to request a return or solution, they refused to help me. The staff treated me poorly, and the overall attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The manager was absolutely useless and showed zero interest in resolving the issue or helping a customer who clearly received a defective product. Trying to resolve this online has been a complete nightmare. There is no return email, no clear instructions, no support, nothing. Today is January 7, and I am STILL stuck with broken Ray-Bans that I paid full price for. I’ve called Ray-Ban customer service countless times, and I keep getting sent in circles with no real solution. This has been a total waste of time, money, and energy. Terrible customer service. Terrible store management. Terrible experience overall. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone. If you value your money and your sanity, shop elsewhere

I had an excellent experience with Ray-Ban customer service thanks to Paloma. After contacting multiple Ray-Ban stores and not being able to get my issue resolved, Paloma was the only person who truly took the time to listen, understand the problem, and help me find a solution. She went above and beyond to assist me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Paloma is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely caring. Her positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction made a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly competent and so pleasant to work with.

Excellent customer service! I brought in my Frank Titanium sunglasses to the Wynwood location to see if they could replace a tiny screw on the nose pad that had fallen out on its own. Those screws are incredibly small, but Paloma fixed it quickly and effortlessly. Thank you, Paloma! It’s service like this that keeps me coming back, definitely a lifelong customer!

Dierra was extremely helpful. She helped me search through all these different colors of lenses different sizes and shapes and I really needed sunglasses cause I forgot them when I was traveling down to Miami she even helped me apply a discount. I really would recommend her. she’s great and Ray-Ban‘s did such a great job.
