Dr. Jennifer Marques is truly a golden-heart optometrist. She is incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful, but also clearly brilliant at what she does. She took the time to explain everything to my son in a way that made him feel comfortable, informed, and confident. Her warmth and intelligence immediately put us at ease, and it was obvious how deeply she cares about her patients. She didn’t rush, she listened, and she made what could have been a stressful appointment into a genuinely positive experience. She is simply outstanding. The entire office reflects that same level of care and excellence. Emily was wonderful in helping my son choose his glasses — patient, friendly, and truly attentive to what would work best for him. Rosemary was equally fantastic, helping to arrange the appointment and making the entire process smooth and welcoming. What really stood out was that every single interaction — from the first phone call to the moment we left — was handled with kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
