Mt. Pleasant Vision Center in Rose Hill Shopping Center is excellent ! Dr. Kaiser and her team are warm, caring, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I’ve been a patient for about 10 years and have always felt listened to and treated with kindness. Stella the office dog 🐶 is an added bonus. I highly recommend if you need glasses or an eye exam 👓 you give them a try.
Scheduling at this office feels rigid and unhelpful. When I asked whether an earlier appointment might be possible, the response was abrupt and offered no alternatives or empathy. I understand availability constraints, but patient-facing staff should be trained to communicate with more care, especially when people are seeking medical help. The doctor is knowledgeable.
Dr. Kaiser is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate and has been taking care of our family for many years. We have recommended her to friends and relatives and they all agree that she is excellent; her office is organized and well-run and the frame selection is fabulous. We hold Dr. Kaiser in the highest regard not only as our eye doctor but also as a wonderful and caring person.
As far as being an excellent diagnostician, Dr. Kaiser is a very good listener, compassionate, and takes the time to thoroughly explain any questions. Her staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Kaiser’s clean, modern office has up to date equipment and an amazing selection of eyewear to choose from. If you want an eye exam done right, you can’t go wrong with Dr. Kaiser!
I love this place!!! The Doctor is wonderful, caring, and has always given me a perfect prescription for my glasses and contacts. I’ve been coming here for years, and won’t go anywhere else. The staff is incredible, and are always happy and helpful. Can’t forget to mention Stella, who is my favorite!
