Dr Stepp was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and took time to thoroughly examine my son and explain in detail the issues he was having. His staff was friendly and helpful. The visit was on schedule and we didn’t have to wait. Highly recommend!
Asked for my prescription so I could order glasses offline was told that was illegal even though they’ve sent it before to me. Called back after finding my old prescription to reinform them that it is in fact legal and was called and idiot and hung up on. No longer using their services with that unprofessional experience!!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND for all the fellow spanish speakers…don’t waste your time, brought my grandma and first thing he said when entering room was speak any English? I told him no but I was there to interpret he proceeded to say “This is Texas United States Of America I’m really getting tired of this no speaking English.” Receptionist was very nice, unlike her boss.
Worst experience, was like pulling teeth to get a copy of my prescription, they swapped brands of contacts on me seemed ok at first then first 4 pairs tore prematurely and they wouldn’t replace or back up what they sell so I’ve just been wearing glasses and contacts to make the rest last. Also I went to order my old brand elsewhere and apparently they locked my prescription with this brand they sold me so I can’t order without their consent, they denied to give consent for me to purchase and gave me bs when I called to ask about it. I’m all about keeping it local but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
The absolute best Dr they went above and beyond for my mom. I was truly impressed with how much they cared to help us get what we needed done. Highly recommend!!
