Dr. Jackson and the entire staff at RCP Eyecare are amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Jackson took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. The staff was just as great helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit.

Walk in at the Forum location and was seen within 15 minutes. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Easiest process ever. Introduced to some new contacts that I was unaware of and love the feel and level of sight distance as well as for reading. I highly recommend this location and have no issues driving across town for that kind of service. Thank you to all the staff involved that day!
Selena provided exceptional service. Not only is she friendly, she genuinely cares about your eyes and helped me make sure I got the most out of my insurance benefit. She very knowledgeable, explained the exam machines, what they're for, and what to expect and no one has done that before. They just tell me what to do with no explanation. She went above and beyond. You can tell that she loves her job. The doctor was great too. I will always recommend rcp eyecare and will bring the rest of my family here.
Great experience. Staff was all very helpful and professional. Gave complete explanation of all services, and any which had extra charges. Doctor provided an excellent exam experience, with complete explanation of eye test results, and what medical issues to follow up with my primary care physician. One of the best optometrists I have ever had. Highly recommended.
