Dr. Draper did not introduce himself or make any effort to create a welcoming or comfortable environment. When I attempted to ask questions, I was interrupted before I could finish speaking. I also had to ask the front office staff for his name, and they appeared visibly annoyed by a basic and reasonable question. The front desk staff were rude upon arrival and responded with sarcasm when I asked about my insurance and the details of my visit. The overall atmosphere in the office felt unprofessional and negative. I understand people have bad days or moments, but this seems to be a common behavior after reading the other reviews. I will not be returning to this practice. I receive only one covered visit per year through my insurance, and this appointment felt like a complete waste. I believe others should be aware of this experience before scheduling an appointment here.

Great experience! I came in for a routine eye exam and was out the door in no time. The team was professional, courteous, and highly efficient. Highly recommend!

I was pleased that they accept walk-ins, and I was seen rather quickly. The staff upfront were very kind and helpful, including my first round of tests. The doctor was very professional, and careful with my testing. Overall, I was highly pleased. The facility is also very modern and up-to-date.

First of all I could not believe my great good luck in being able to schedule a new patient appointment the same day that I inquired. I was very concerned about a change in vision affecting my right eye, and wanted to be seen as soon as possible, and being able to get in that same day was hugely reassuring, especially since it was a Friday afternoon. Secondly, I could not have asked for a kinder, more patient and more thorough doctor than Dr. Cody Lee. His extensive evaluation allowed him to reassure me that a simple change in my prescription was all that would be necessary to return my vision to normal. I’m immensely grateful and would recommend him and his staff enthusiastically to anyone.

I came here for an initial eye visit in 2025. When I called on January 7, 2026 at 2:30 pm they said they would send my prescription as soon as possible when I called them on January 8, 2026 at 11:00 am they said they would send it as soon as possible again. When I asked what that meant, the girl at the front desk got an attitude with me And said the sooner she got off the phone call the sooner she could send the prescription so when I asked about the owners information or the office manager’s information, she said that she was in charge and when I asked to clarify, “So YOU are the office manager?”, she said that she wasn’t but if anybody else in the office could give any other information it would be some other person who wasn’t the office manager. I had an appointment scheduled for this weekend, but I canceled it because that is horrible customer service. I loved the doctor, but I won’t return because of his staff. Won’t change my review until I’m contacted by the owner or actual office manager. And spreading by word of mouth too, cause that was uncalled for. I paid money and got an attitude when I requested MY documents in a timely manner.
