My experience at Pearle Vision in Commack exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The eye exam was incredibly thorough, and they made sure my prescription was completely up to date before I even started looking at glasses. From the moment I walked in, Jazmin greeted me with a warm smile and got me checked in right away, making the entire process easy and welcoming. Martha was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the frames and styles. She made the process of choosing glasses effortless, helping me find frames that perfectly complemented my face. I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses, and she went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal possible. The pricing was fantastic and honestly hard to beat. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The level of care, attention, and expertise—from the comprehensive eye exam to finding the perfect glasses—was outstanding. I highly recommend Pearle Vision in Commack to anyone looking for exceptional service and great value!

This was my first time at this Pearle Vision store. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional! Abi was our technician. She’s very skilled in her craft. She was attentive and patient with my search for new ray ban aviators. This segues me to why I was there in the first place. To make a long story short, my husband lost my shades during one of our travel ventures. He surprised me and brought me to this particular Pearle Vision in Commack, NY. The owner and Jenna were helpful as well. This was an overall smooth and efficient experience! I highly recommend!

Martha & Jasmine at Pearl Vision were very friendly and professional. The optometrist Dr Margolin check my son and I for glasses and I ordered contacts. Everything went extremely well we are very pleased and will be repeat customers as well.

Martha at Pearle Vision was outstanding. She and the entire staff were amazing. I have been here before. Because they are outstanding I returned when it was time to change my prescription. There is a large selection of frames and they have the patience to allow you to try them until you find the perfect one.

I experienced very poor customer service at Pearle Vision. I had an eye exam roughly 2 months ago and I had never received my lenses. I called multiple times and was told that I would be called back shortly, and I never was. I received no updates on my order when I was told they would be in touch. Multiple times I called and no one answered or never returned my call when I left a message. They even claimed my lenses would be arriving the following day which was completely false. When I finally could get in touch with them they told me they couldn’t find my lenses wasting 2 months worth of time. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.
