I’ve been in three times with eye emergencies, and every time they’ve gotten me in quickly. The staff is genuinely friendly, they answer all my questions without rushing, and the whole experience feels easy. They clearly care about taking care of their patients. I’d definitely come back, and highly recommend
Im a first timer. So I went in a few weeks ago and I must say I like how professional it was, how I was able to speak about my concerns with ease and the eye doctor listened than gave exceptional feedback back. The young man at the front desk went over my benefits and I told him what price range I wanted to stay within and he made sure I was in that range. needless to say I was searching for eye care when I found this doctor.. But I think I found a good team here
Went for an urgent medical visit as a new patient. They got me in the day of. The staff were so sweet. One of the best optometrist experiences I’ve had. The doctor was so knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything extremely well regarding all the worries I had. I plan to switch to her for my regular check-ups as well! Definitely recommend going here!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Neha Patel. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to perform a comprehensive eye examination. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout . It was my first time visiting this office & needed to get a new set of RGP lenses. From booking an appointment to meeting with Dr. Patel it was amazing! It was very easy to book the initial appointment & Dr. Patel was very patient and informative with all the questions I asked. When the trying on the lenses , one of them didn’t fit properly and she was able to recognize the problem and get it sent back to be adjusted. The problem was resolved in a timely manner and they fit perfectly! Grateful for the help from Dr Patel and her staff
