Refined Sight

I had such a wonderful experience at Refined Sight, and I’m so grateful to Dr. Pham and the entire team. Dr. Pham was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. The office is beautiful, modern, and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. You can really tell that they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing excellent care. I highly recommend Refined Sight and Dr. Pham to anyone looking for an eye doctor who is both compassionate and thorough. I’m so happy I found them!

I had such a wonderful experience here that I felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment I called to make my appointment, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. When I arrived, that same level of kindness continued. I originally came in feeling stressed because I cleaned my glasses more than I wore them and I felt nice to be validated and understood when I asked for contacts instead. I’m happy to say I can thank Marilyn and Angel for that! Then, Dr Gregorio made sure everything was clear, comfortable, and that I was set up properly with my contact lenses without making me feel rushed. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need they truly cared about helping me find the right solution. What really stood out to me was the overall kindness and care I experienced throughout my visit. That level of customer care says a lot about how this practice treats its patients. I’m leaving with great vision, a great experience, and a lot of gratitude. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, and truly puts patients first, I highly recommend this office. I will make that 50 minute drive every single time. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one!

The Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and amazing. Dr Pham takes time with her patients and truly listens to the concerns. She was excellent with our 12 year old grandson who has autism. She answered all his questions. The selection of glasses is very good. Highly recommend

Great experience from start to finish. Very high tech medical devices that made the exam smooth. Physician was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Assistants/Front desk staff were super sweet. They helped me pick the most perfect frames for my face.

Dr Pham and her staff were excellent! They were all very patient and kind with my 2 toddlers who were very apprehensive (to say the least, haha) about their exam and took a while to warm up to it all. She took her time to explain everything and we all felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff encouraged them, and also made them feel welcome while we waited (briefly) to be seen. I would highly recommend this office for your next eye exam!
