Dr.Brady was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and organized and the staff very friendly esp, the young African American that did the pre-prep. Now, for the eyeglasses side lol, Everything was clean positive atmosphere. But most or all of their Eyewear choices are feminine. They have all the latest brand name but my kids has Medicare and they only offers a payment plan after you purchase two pairs per person. I mean the payment arrangement was affordable, but who want to pay $500+ for 2 pairs of glasses for kids for 24months. They could have offered a none brand for us to make payments for like 6 months. Just ridiculous.

Excellent experience at the Northlake Mall eye clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. The process was fast and well organized, and the doctor explained everything clearly, solving all my doubts with patience. The facilities are clean and modern, which makes the visit even more comfortable. It really shows that they care about the visual health of their patients and provide a high quality service. Without a doubt, I recommend this clinic 100%. A 5-star service!

Upon arrival of my appointment, the receptionists were very nice, kind and helpful. I arrived early, I handed the receptionist my paperwork and she said that she'll call me when they're ready. I walked around the mall less than 30 minutes. They called and I went in immediately. The exam was done quickly and I was out of there so fast. They'll be calling me when my contacts are ready. I like that the employees and doctor was very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who seeks eye care.

My experience at this location Lens Crafter at North Lake was amazing. I had the pleasure to be serviced by Nick who was informative answered all of my questions and concerns. Nick was wearing Ray Ban’s Meta and I asked Nick about the product and Nick answered my questions and I was so impress I order a pair. Thank you Nick for being professional, caring, and kind. Keep up the good work.

We had such a great experience at Reflect Vision Care! Everything was very professional, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. The appointment went perfectly. Our doctor, Marie Huegel, OD, was especially wonderful — she was so nice and gentle with my daughter, which made the visit really comfortable for her. We truly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend!
