I had a great experience with Deneese at the Wilkinson location. Her professionalism was refreshing. You don’t seem to get that type of customer service anymore these days. She talked me through every step of the process, explaining what each machine did in a manner that made it easy to understand and kind of fun. Although I’ve had these things done before, it was a totally new, eye opening (pun intended) experience for me because of explanations in plain English. This girl is a gem! The slender gentleman at the front was also very kind and helpful. I wanted to make sure to leave a review of my experience. I make an effort to leave reviews for both good and not so good experiences because many times, only the poor experiences get reviewed.

10 out of 10 experience going to get my eye exam and glasses. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, as well as helpful. Everyone really made my appointment enjoyable and I received my glasses in less than two weeks

Love this location!! Pat the manager is extremely accommodating and professional. Ariana and Deneese, the techs are always helpful and make my experience a personally pleasing one!! Definitely recommend this location.

The reviews are very accurate. I had my exam over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t even had lenses made or contacts ordered due to the incompetence at this location. From insurance claim mistakes to an unnecessary in-person follow up visit, and an overall lack of training and ability to do their job. I’ve had to leave work early go to this location about 5 times now to resolve simple issues. Corporate seriously needs to take a hard look at this location clean house and/or maybe retrain people

Everyone was very nice at this location. Mrs. Aura-Lee service was exceptional ! She is absolutely wonderful. We look forward to our next appointment.
