Professional, thorough, friendly staff. Dr. Newsome is a joy to work with. Always positive and encouraging. I visited Advantage over 20 years ago and I returned because they are so much better than the cookie-cutter/franchised vision centers of today. (One of which referred me to another doctor for shots in my eye that I was told I definitely don't need.)

The Eye administrative person had great customer service at the front desk She was patient, helpful in getting my insurance information correctly. And very professional and kind!

If I could give them ZERO, I WOULD! So lets be clear, Dr Newsome is excellent. Her new staff is NOT! I asked for a copy of my prescription and was given the wrong prescription but I didnt know that until an optometrist told me. I immediately called and they gave me some bogus story of how its matched the samples that I was given. I corrected her and said that my prescription should be what my exam states and what my vision actually is. This is negligence and very reckless behavior. As if thats not enough, they never gave me a receipt for my contact lens exam and I've been calling for days to track them down for that information. I will NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK!!!!! Dr Newsome your front staff is the cause of you losing me as a patient and according to your answering service, I'm not the only one! Go elsewhere to get your eyes checked! DO NOT GO HERE! EVER!

I love Advantage Vision Center. Dr. Newsome is one of the most knowledgeable and attentive optometrists I've worked with, and the supporting staff all have incredible bedside manner. It's an efficient operation - no waiting around all day to get to your appointment. I would highly recommend for a structured, yet emotionally competent experience!
