I'm a new patient at Spectrum Eyecare South End location. The front desk staff were so kind and polite. My appointment with the assistant and Dr Ryan Wirsok was awesome. He has a lot of fun energy. I would recommend people to this location. If there is a typo I don't have my glasses or contacts on these eyes. Lol🤣🤣
Dr. Wirkus is just the best! You can tell he really loves what he does and is genuinely excited to see his patients. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and welcomes any questions. He’s invested in finding the right solution, even if it takes a few trials of different lenses to find a perfect fit. Always look forward to seeing him!
The front end staff are very friendly and welcoming. My tech was thorough and patient. Dr. Wirkus addressed my needs in a professional and kind manner. Everyone was quick and efficient.
The place is spotless. The entire team there was amazing. The Doctor really took his time and listen to my concerns. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
I want to start by saying that this eye care center has been the best eye care center I have been to. Today was my first day going to this eye care center and let’s just say I was shocked in a good way and they have gained a new patient. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect. The atmosphere when I walked in felt refreshing. The girl that checked me in was nice and she had good energy. That was the fastest check in I have EVER done which was a big relief because I thought I was going to be filling a lot of paperwork as me being a new patient. The wait wasn’t long at all. Heather, the assistant was amazing and very formative. She talked me through the process, what each instrument was used for and actually showed concern so that Dr. Ryan would have an idea of my needs. She was very kind. Dr. Ryan, Dr. Ryan, Dr. Ryan! I give you an A+ all across the board! You met all of needs, listened to me and my concerns, made me feel comfortable and relieved and made my appointment an amazing one. Dr. Ryan energy was pure and I loved the sense of humor. He gave I love what I do and love helping people energy! Never had that from previous eye care centers I attended. I appreciate you all and you all are now stuck with me lol. First impression is everything and my expectations were exceeded! I am glad I chose this eye care center! Oh yea I can’t forget the woman who set my account up and scheduled my appointment over the phone, as well as the girl who checked me out today. They were also nice, helpful and gave me all the information I needed and wanted to know!
