It was very easy to make the appointment online. I was greeted and checking in was quick and professional. The lobby has an assortment of eye wear by numerous designers. The individuals who lead me to the exam room were friendly and professional. The doctor was great, made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. Will certainly return and recommend.
I had one of the most amazing experiences at the uptown office. Dr. Schuver had excellent bedside manner and was super sweet and kind to me. I felt very comfortable with all on staff and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking eye care. They were very efficient, clean, and organized.
I recently switched to this eye care center and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, and the entire visit was efficient and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and providing outstanding service. My wife and I recently went in to the office for our yearly eye exams and to get new prescription glasses. The entire staff was extremely polite and professional but Ms. Russell was my favorite (and yeah maybe bc we share a name idk). I have never before received a new set of glasses that fit perfectly the 1st time; no adjustments, no anything. Thanks for making this process easy.
First and last time going to Spectrum Eye in Uptown. The pros- easy to make an appointment and the optometrist was wonderful. The cons:1-overpriced contacts. I was able to order the same contacts online for $60 less. 2- I ordered a pair of glasses that took just about 3 weeks. When I stopped in to inquire abt them the associate lacked empathy and blamed the delay on weather yet there was no weather impacts in that period and no further explanation was given. 3- today- I picked up my glasses and the same associate as above gave me my glasses and again did not offer any sort of apology for the delay. Disappointing to say the least.
