Always a wonderful experience. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. Dr Moore is excellent. She is very patient and thorough. She explains everything she sees in easy to understand terms and she takes an interest in my care. I never feel rushed. Overall, a very pleasant visit.
I have only great things to say about Dr. Spencer Moore and her staff. I have been going to this practice for over 15 years and have always felt like they listened to me and kept me informed. I have multiple eye “challenges” and very much appreciate the details shared with me during my exams. I feel very informed about my eyes and any risk associated with them. Dr. Spencer Moore is extremely personable, perfectly balancing a caring manner with professional expertise. I am fortunate to have her monitoring my eyes as I age!
Four stars for now. Still to be decided on the 5th. What I will say is that Spencer who is the 7th generation of her family following in the family business should be celebrated. Also, was one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever had. Her staff Zach was nice and didn’t let me walk into anything when I had my contacts out. The best was Spencer who was hilarious and literally one of the easiest people I’ve ever talked to. The reviews weren’t great so glad to share my perspective. Do yourself a favor come see Spencer and her team.
Dr. Steven Moore has been my Eye Care professional since 2019 when I came to Charlotte. He has always provided the best care and direction for my Specific eye condition. Today when I visited, they had the latest technology which made it easier and faster for me. The staff is always courteous and kind. Dr. Moore is very personable, professional, and possesses great qualities that you want your care providers to have to assist with your healthcare needs. I’m truly grateful for him he has been Caring for my Eyes and my Soul for 7years when I visit with him. He is the best in the business. Thank you!
Dr Moore and Associates have taken such great care of my eyes well being and addressed any concerns that I had. It has been 1 year since I became a new patient of theirs and I have been in great hands. Always upfront with any procedure that was necessary, always explaining what was going on, why and what the outcome was! Very impressed with the overall care, front desk service, and the adjoining glasses store next door. Making this an easy one-stop shop for your eye care!!!! Would recommend ANYONE needing an Ophthalmologist to switch NOW!!!! If you are looking for a team that cares for their patients as much as Dr Moore and his Associates do, then switch NOW!!!
