Had my annual vision exam today. Arrived 30 minutes early before my appointment time...everything went smoothly and on time...Being a diabetic for the last 6 years I can definitely say that diabetes does affect one's vision. Also The staff is friendly ..courteous..respectful and professional...I'm also known as the real life Homer Simpson.

Front desk staff are helpful and all of the doctors are very personable. However, when I came in for my yearly eye exam, they took a co-pay for my vision insurance. The doctor then informed me at the end of the visit that since I only have vision in one eye, they considered this a medical appointment and would be charging my medical insurance instead. I did not receive my vision co-pay back and will likely need to dispute this with my medical carrier. This was not my first appointment. It was on file that I am only sighted in one eye. I was not told up front that this would be considered a medical visit; if I had been, I would have declined to continue care under this office, as I was not there regarding any complications with my non-sighted eye. No other optometrist I have seen previously has handled my insurance or congenital condition in this way. I can't help but find this practice deceptive, even if not intentionally so.

I will be looking for another eye doctor after my last visit. The wait times at this office are not acceptable. On my last visit I, along with about 8 other patients, waited in an area on the second floor after initially having our eyes dilated for about 45 minutes without anybody being called. We were all waiting to see Dr. Rho. I finally had to ask why no one was being called. Only then did they start moving people along.

This people is not good . They are cheating on me. Frist off all, most people over there are tough and treat me very bad , I did complain about them before. Second, after I paid all my responsibilities they ask for extra money for no reason . They send bill for $100 when I was traveling for 10 month. When I come back I called them many times and collected company to resolve this problem but no one care. Be careful with this place. They can escrow you anytime .

All staff in this office is friendly, polite and professional. I want to thank Dr Doych for a wonderful visit. She was attentive, friendly and professional. Everything was explained in details and examination was thorough. Dr Doych is excellent ophthalmologist. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
