The staff are always pleasant but it has taken over a very clear corporate feel. Exams feel a little rushed and there is a sense of “get ‘em in…. get ‘em out”. I’ll continue going to the practice simply because the staff is friendly but Re-Focus as a corporation should “re-focus” their attention and policies toward a better patient experience rather than the financials and numbers.

Wondetful staff and experienced Optometrist! My first visit was excellent!! Dr. Aujila is the best!! She is experienced and takes the time to explain your results and follow-up care!!
My first time with Dr. Goldstein and he was wonderful professional, personable, and knowledgeable. A nice replacement for Dr. Petashnik who was the best! Lu Is excellent and always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for.
I went to this place about 8 moths ago. I had shingles in my eye. It was a horrible experience, first the assistant told me men are weak compared to women because i kept blinking during the eye pressure test. (I winced in pain 14 times perfectly. Blocking the "it doesn't touch your eye" test, google says otherwise u liar.) I'm not an expert on how that works but you can re-adjust on the sclera. But no you really wanted it on my pupil that had shingles for maximum pain! Then the eye doctor said "yea you have shingles in your eye, why are you here? What do you want me to do about it? " so they setup a follow up visit 2 weeks later to see if the Valtrex my prescribing doctor gave would work (Not like they would do anything if it didn't) and the original eye doc i saw left this clinic during that time. So I was given another eye doctor who was far more knowing and considerate. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. It was funny how she seemed to understand I would never do a follow up eye exam after my first experience, and kept re-assuring me that's not a normal experience. Idk. I wish her the best but, it's not going to be this place...
Great practice, all the doctors are excellent and very thorough. The nurses and staff are all very helpful, friendly and responsive. The newly remodeled office and waiting room look great!
