By far the worst visit out of any doctor appointment I’ve ever had. My eyes hurt and I needed this visit urgent. My appointment was at 2:45 (it’s actually 3:00 but they want you 15 minutes early it’s pretty common) and showed up at 2:45. The robotic character at front desk said my appointment was at 2:30 so no big deal obviously it was a mistake (it doesn’t if I wrote down wrong info or they did when the appointment was set). I said I apologize for the misunderstanding even though I am not sure if I was the one who had the wrong time. She went back and talked to the doctor then came back saying that they have to reschedule… I asked her for being 15 minutes late? She says it’s the policy!!! Wow what a nasty treatment from a place were you seek healing and comfort. Unfortunately I can openly write what I would think about your policy and what you should do with your policy but it’s a shame that patients are no longer seen as human but dollar sign. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And I get a text message from their system saying that I missed my 3:00 appointment.
