My first time coming here. Very nice staff. Michael helped me pick out the perfect frames. He knew exactly what I wanted and he also fixed my current glasses. My original glasses I came in were so crooked and bent. He fixed them right away. I would highly recommend coming here. Very fast and easy service. I would and will be coming here again. Shout out to Michael for knowing his shit he's dope.
I recently visited Dr. Lefland and his amazing staff for an annual eye examination. In the past I have received eyeglasses, contacts, and treatment for medical eye issues. They use the most modern technology in order to identify, treat or prevent medical issues. Special shout out to Mike ,the eyeglass technician, who was able to repair my glasses on the spot.
Been going here for years. My sons glasses broke and he needed a new pair. Called the office to purchase a new pair and they advised me I couldnt do that because his prescription is expired and he needed to be seen in office. I asked when the next appt was and they said end of november. They denied my son getting a new pair of glasses and expect him to walk around without being able to see for 2 mths. Terrible terrible patient care. Ive been a nurse for 20 years and would NEVER treat patients like this. Will be picking up medical records and finding a new dr and purchasing glasses online. Never heard of an eye dr denying someone from Being able to see!
This review is from my first visit to TotalVision Eyecare Center in North Haven on Oct 15. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my insurance when choosing my glasses, and the lady on front desk was very kind in verifying and quickly resolving the issue.
Great people! Very comfortable and welcome setting. I always feel like I am their only patient! Extremely helpful picking out my new glasses, making sure the look and fit is just right. Highly recommended for your Optical needs!
