This office was extremely friendly, professional, and well run. The Staff was excellent, from the receptionist to each assistant, and Dr. Amin was very thorough. New to Yardley, so this was my first visit at ReFocus…I’m a big fan and highly recommend for any eye issues!

Doctors are great , very thorough. I was pleased first time I went with my friend. 2nd appt. Front desk girl was very rude. Not pleasant at all. That's what ruins your appt. Starts at the front. Hopefully it improves.

Abrasive Staff Rushed Experience No Service I called this morning to alert the staff that I may be 10 minutes late to my 1:15 PM appt. I arrived less than 10 minutes late to my appt and walked into the woman working the front desk, speaking about patients being hard to deal with. Unsure how speaking about patients could be conducive to their work. I let them know I am here for my appt, and I called earlier to inform someone I would be late. They proceed to say “So you knew you were going to be late at 10 AM this morning”. Unsure how this comment is conducive to their work. I was taken back and another woman starts to ask me questions and proceeds to take the pressure in my eye and said I wouldn’t feel a thing. After the pressure was taken in my right eye, I did feel a sensation and when they attempted to take the pressure in my left eye, my eye was blinking. After attempting twice and having no patience, they immediately stopped trying and told me to follow them where I was taken to another seating area. I waited in this seating area for 15 or so minutes and it was at 1:55 PM that I decided to leave without having had service. My interactions with the staff were rushed, I spent more time waiting today than speaking with the staff or being serviced. The office was not busy, having 1-2 other patients in the building at the same time. Patients arriving after me were being taken to exam rooms before me. I was refunded the $35 I paid at check-in and the staff did not ask once why I was leaving. I’m sure it is because they know their service is not up to par.

Office visit was right on time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Amin explained everything she found and the treatment plan. I highly recommend this office.
